Care tailored to your presentation.
Stress & posture

Stress-related neck & shoulder pain

Emotional stress, long hours at a desk and poor posture can lead to tight muscles from the base of the skull to the tops of the shoulders. We address joint and muscle tension and guide you on better posture strategies.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy-related back & pelvic pain

Many expectant mothers experience low back, pelvic, groin or leg pain as the baby grows. We use techniques and equipment adapted for pregnancy, avoiding unnecessary pressure on the abdomen.

Headaches

Headaches & some migraines

Headaches linked to neck tension or joint dysfunction may respond to spinal manipulation and other chiropractic approaches, especially when combined with exercise and lifestyle advice.

Low back pain

Acute & chronic lower back pain

From sudden strain after lifting to longer-standing pain, manual therapies used by chiropractors have been shown to help many cases of low back pain, including some with leg symptoms or disc involvement.

Nerve irritation

Sciatica & radiating leg pain

Pain travelling into the leg can be related to irritation of nerves in the lower back. Assessment clarifies whether chiropractic is suitable and, when appropriate, care aims to reduce irritation and restore movement.

Other

Sporting injuries & arthritic pain

We also assist with joint and muscle pain related to sport, activity or arthritis, focusing on improving function, reducing discomfort and supporting safe participation in the activities you value.

When chiropractic is not appropriate

Some complaints are better managed by another healthcare professional or as part of a broader medical team. During your assessment we screen for signs that suggest chiropractic may not be suitable or may need to be adapted. If this is the case, we will discuss our findings with you and help you seek appropriate care.
